A major upgrade of our Base Insights reports for South African users is now available. It makes it easier than ever to locate a property and generate a property or owner report using our innovative map search.
Highlights include:
✅ Enter any address or place and use either the radius or innovative draw-search feature to locate properties in a specific area.
✅ Enter an owner ID, and Insights will retrieve all associated title deeds, displaying the properties on the map.
✅ Since the Base app can be installed on your phone/tablet you can access these reports anywhere, and use your current location to retrieve the nearest property or owner details.
✅ Property reports are still R15 and owner details R5, available on a pay-as-you-use basis with no monthly
subscription lock-in.
✅ Previously purchased property reports and owner details are stored in Base and are conveniently shown as well.
The property report includes municipal and automated valuation information, owner details, transfer history, suburb and street analysis, nearby comparable sales, suburb amenities, and suburb-level banking, credit, and owner profile details. The separate owner report is a powerful canvassing tool, providing access to contact details:
