We’re excited to announce a brand-new feature in Base that puts all your contact messaging in one place. You can now send WhatsApp, SMS, or email messages to your contacts, and keep record of all your outgoing conversations. Even better, you can use predefined templates to save time.
Clients on Base can now go to any contact and click on the message tab to send a new message:
Smart Templates for Faster Messaging
Whether you want to write a message from scratch or save time with a ready-to-use template, Base makes it simple. Templates also allow you to personalise messages automatically with your contact’s details, ensuring every message feels professional and personal. Administrators can share templates with the team and can be personalised with images and text formatting for email.
Getting started is easy:
- Pick your contact in Base.
- Choose your message type (SMS, Email, or WhatsApp).
- Send instantly and keep a copy stored under the contact for future reference.
Once you have frequently used messaging templates set up, your team can easily use it in combination with contact and mandate calendars:
