The rollout marks a major milestone for our independently owned portal, which has operated for over two decades without shareholding from real estate groups, media companies, or financial institutions. This independence enables MyProperty to prioritise transparency, fair pricing, and practical innovation across the property transaction – rather than shareholder-driven outcomes.

The launch introduces smarter search tools, AI-assisted features, interactive price benchmarks, richer area insights, improved lead qualification, and multi-language and multi-currency support – with many additional enhancements and features already in development.

If you use our Entegral products or have a separate portal feed, and already advertise on MyProperty South Africa or Namibia, your listings will automatically appear on the new MyProperty Africa portal and no additional fee.
South Africa, Namibia, Seychelles and Mauritius are our initial launch countries. Agents in these countries can join free of charge until the end of February; thereafter setup and/or monthly fees will apply. We look forward to collaborating with top-performing agents across the rest of Africa who take pride in being leaders in their markets.
