MyProperty South Africa – Free to list, forever
In a world where portal prices keep rising annually, we are turning the South African portal landscape on its head with an alternative free-to-list model and saying no to questionable agreements that only empower a few.
We are dropping advertising fees for MyProperty South Africa and invite all agents to list for free via their listing syndication providers. A number of feeds are already active including those from Property24 PropCtrl and Prop Data. Entegral Base clients have the feed active by default.
MyProperty Namibia remains free-to-list for Entegral clients only, with a small fee applicable to non-Entegral clients requiring a feed in.

New Marketplace with free profile websites
Our new Marketplace is a great tool to showcase your expertise to potential clients by enhancing your profile on MyProperty. It also includes optional paid enhancements and a range of new real estate services that will be rolled out this year.
