Share listings privately with your clients

Ever wanted to share a listing privately with select clients - without publishing it on your website or portals?

The new Share function in Base lets you create a private listing link that can be sent directly to clients. You can also generate a QR code to share in person, allowing instant access to the listing.

The link can be disabled at any time.

There are many use cases:

• Previewing listing photos and details with your client before publishing online.
• Collaborating on shared or co-mandated listings between agents or partner agencies.
• Getting seller feedback on a draft listing before it goes live.
• Sharing exclusive or off-market properties with select, qualified buyers.
• Providing VIP clients early access to new listings before public release.
• Allowing team members or admin staff to review content before approval.
