Base Next: Your questions answered

As Entegral enters its next chapter, we’re introducing a refreshed look, a new website and Base Next, the next generation of our Base CRM. After more than 20 years of building technology for real estate businesses, Base Next continues that evolution with a more modern experience, improved workflows and new capabilities.

If you’re an existing Base client, here’s what you need to know about the move to Base Next.

What does Base Next mean for me?

Base Next is the next generation of Base, with a more modern experience, improved workflows and brand new capabilities. Your existing data and business continuity remain a priority. Base Next aims to bring more unified and self-service capabilities for users.

Is my current Base changing?

It's business as usual with the current Base. All clients will have the opportunity to opt in to switch over to the new system. Due to the large number of users, this will need to be carefully planned by our team, who will schedule migrations. We will continue to support the current version of Base with a dedicated team well into 2027.

Do I need to take any action now?

No. There is nothing you need to do at this stage. We’ll contact you when it’s time to prepare for migration.

When will I move to Base Next?

Existing clients will be migrated in phases. We’ll communicate your migration timeline with you well in advance.

Is migration automatic or optional?

Base Next will ultimately become the new Base platform. We’ll manage the transition with you rather than making an unexpected overnight change.

How will my data be migrated?

Entegral will manage the migration of your existing Base data to Base Next, with checks in place to ensure your information is transferred correctly.

Will my pricing change?

Yes, Base Next has a new per-listing and per-user pricing structure to ensure fair pricing for everyone. There are slight discounts for offices with 50 or more users. The new pricing structure will help us to invest more into building better products for your team. Find out more about Base Next Pricing.

Will my current workflows or functionality change?

A lot of the core functionality, like the multi-step process in loading listings and selecting your portals for advertising, will be familiar. Some workflows and screens have been improved in Base Next and will continue to improve over time. The biggest changes are the improvements to contact management and deal management.

Can I remain on the existing Base for a period?

Yes. Existing Base will remain available well into 2027, allowing clients to transition in a controlled, phased manner.

What support will be provided during migration?

Our team will provide guidance, onboarding resources and direct support to help your team become comfortable with Base Next. We’ve placed an emphasis on making the system easier to use.

Who will manage the migration process?

The Entegral team will coordinate the migration with your business and guide you through the process.

When will existing clients receive further information?

We’ll contact existing clients ahead of their planned migration with timelines, what to expect and any preparation required.
