Junior Helpdesk Operator
This is a junior role and is a perfect opportunity for a young bright individual with a passion for IT and working with people. We need someone with excellent communication and writing skills and have attention to detail. You will do first-line support to clients on inhouse web systems for a large client base in South Africa & Namibia. You will need to troubleshoot user problems and provide feedback to users via email & telephone.
Location: Centurion, Gauteng (Head Office).
Required Skills: Speak, Write and Read Afrikaans and English. Minimum matric certificate plus relevant IT diplomas to support the application.
Advantage: Any previous experience working in the Real Estate or Medical industries in a support environment.
