We implement world best email solutions like our cloud based PremiumMail Solution, offering an incredible 10GB space per mailbox and 3 independent spam and virus scans for protection.
We offer two mail solutions, PremiumMail and ValueMail. We highly recommend the PremiumMail solution.
PremiumMail Solution
A business email solution based on the very best mail server software and hardware available. With an industry leading 10GB size per mailbox, 100% uptime and comprehensive spam and virus protection, you'll never be stranded.

ValueMail Solution
A cost effective and simple email solution with spam & virus protection and daily backups. Much smaller mailboxes sizes of 30MB each. - 30MB space per mailbox
- 99% uptime
- Unlimitted bandwidth through mailbox
- Spam and antivirus scanning
- Basic webmail interface (cannot be branded)
- Supports POP3, SMTP, IMAP protocols.
- Secure environment with backups
- No email archiving options
Unlimitted bandwidth:
Both our ValueMail and PremiumMail solutions are hosted internationally, therefore illiminating bandwidth charges associated in Southern Africa. Pricing for local hosting is available on request.
Upgrades and Downgrades:
You can upgrade or downgrade vertically on the same package (go to a higher or lower package) at any time.
A migration fee applies if you want to move between the ValueMail and PremiumMail solutions to move email.
Optional on PremiumMail Solution only:
Full email archiving
@ R40/mailbox/month. Saves every email sent and received (unlimitted size). Control panel to access and restore historic email. Can only be enabled on all your mailboxes. Limited email archiving
@ 15/mailbox/month. Messages sent or received are automatically sent to a seperate archive mailbox with a 10GB limit. Can be enabled on individual mailboxes on Premium package of 20 and up. Custom branded login page
@ R3500 setup. Your logo on the email login page plus company colour scheme on the webmail interface. Custom branded email help files
@ R5000 setup. Your logo and company name on all PDF help documents |
