We like to take the first leap and explore new frontiers like our industry first cloud infrastructure, the first online management system for real estate agents in South Africa & Namibia, the first self service virtual tour solution with unlimited virtual tours and the first implementation of Google Streetview on a property portal. We hate corporate structures and love the size of our team - a dozen innovative and passionate people can outsmart companies 10 times our size.
Our philosophy of "less is more" is applied to our websites and management systems we develop and support. There is always a simpler and faster way to do things. There is always room for improvement in the smallest detail that can result in a better user experience. We love to find easy solutions to the most challenging problems. When our competitors say "no" we say "YES!".
Entegral employees work in 3 different cities and 2 continents. We don't have massive server rooms at our offices, we are mobile and do everything online, much like our OMS software, We believe in keeping our clients happy and believe in our products, so we've linked all our employees salaries to the company's financial performance.
